Just what do we mean by our agency theme, The Agency of Choice? 

First of all, in our unbiased opinion, we think we're the insurance agency that people choose to connect with and stay with because we're accessible and responsive to our policyholders.  We can be accessible and responsive because we're local and our office is staffed by people who know insurance.  When you call our office, you're not calling some 800 number to who-knows-where and talking to a stranger.  You're talking to Ann or Dan or Grace or Dave right here on North Court Street  We can do more than answer the questions you think to ask.  We can make suggestions and help you understand your insurance coverages.

Second, we're The Agency of Choice because we're the type of agency with whom most consumers choose to do business.  That is, we're an independent agency.  These days there are lots of options.  You can buy insurance over the Internet or by calling a 1-800-QUOTE ME type of company.  However, various forms of direct response insurance marketing have been around for 40 years and those types of companies only insure about 7% of the population. In a recent survey, 70% of consumers felt that there are advantages both major and minor that independent agents offer over company-direct insurers.

Finally, we're The Agency of Choice because we get to do some choosing, too.  We choose the companies we represent and offer to you. We're not locked into what one company can offer. And the companies we represent are excellent ones.  We have a fine, long-term relationship with Westfield Companies and they frequently recognize us as one of their top agencies by honoring us with their Presidents Award.  We have an equally superb relationship with Grange Mutual and for many years Grange has recognized us as one of their Senior Partner agencies.  To round out the group, the agency enjoys a growing relationship with State Auto Insurance Company and Harleysville Insurance Company of Ohio.”
